Refurbishment
For every project we undertake our Founder Andy has a hands-on involvement from initial contact all the way through to handover and aftercare. We have over 25 years experience delivering exceptional projects in London's prestigous locations such as Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Mayfair, St John's Wood and the iconic Avenue Road. This experience is what sets us aside from others. We care about every detail of your project and we care about you during this process.
We work collaboratively with Interior Designers, Architects, Project Managers and our Clients. Alongside traditional refurbishment, often clients will also ask us to fit out their new build house or newly constructed basement. We also have a specialist commercial division for office and commercial fit-out.

Maintenance
This specialist division supports property owners, landlords, family offices, investors and insurance companies with maintenance and insurance works in the high-end and prime sector.
Our services include:
- Replacements of kitchens
- Replacement of bathrooms, including tanking
- Redecoration works
- Joinery and carpentry works
- Any mechanical, electrics and plumbing
- Upgrading or fixing of sophisticated alarm systems
- Upgrading Audio visual and home integration
- Replacement of floor coverings such as carpet, tiles or wooden floors
- Replacements of windows or glazing - internally and externally
Aftercare
Our maintenance and aftercare team specialise in supporting our clients to maintain their home.
In addition to the above, new clients often contact us to rectify works that have not been carried out to high standards by their previous contractors. Our team will rectify the works in a timely manner, delivering the quality of finish you had hoped for.
Our specialist aftercare division also support clients to rectify works where building control was not gained and look to achieve building control certification retrospectively by carrying out the necessary requirements.
